I am a frequent user of Trip Adviser. I like getting everyone's opinions and suggestions about a place. Maybe avoid making mistakes others have made or get a hint at a hidden gem.
I am fortunate and blessed to have the time and the means to do a bit of travel right now and thought it might be helpful to feature those on this blog. It could help you with your own travel plans and possibly give you a bit of an insight into me.

Disney World
Love this place. It's the Happiest Place on Earth.
My first trip to Disney World was when I was nine months old and it has been a frequent visit ever since. Both my sister and I worked for them in the Disney College Internship Program. I go back at least twice every year to run in the Wine and Dine (October) and Princess (February) Half Marathons. Wine and Dine Half Marathon
Epcot's Food and Wine Festival
Maine
A gorgeous state with wonderful hiking and sightseeing options. Not to mention the seafood is to die for!
My good friend Katie works for the University of Maine so my friend Jen and I visited her. I highly recommend visiting Acadia National Park. You could spend anywhere from a day to a whole week there.Acadia National Park
Wisconsin Dells
The Waterpark Capitol of the World!! (Yes, crazy it's here in Wisconsin...)
I live about two hours away from the Wisconsin Dells. I'd say we average visiting about once a year. It's a great place to spend a weekend and you certainly won't get bored if you spend a whole week. Amusement parks, waterparks, boating, hiking, camping, shopping and shows. They've got it all. A place you can definitely do on a budget.
Wisconsin Dells: Noah's Ark, Downtown Shopping
Ithaca, New York
My good friend Julie and her husband Dan live here so I spent a weekend seeing what's in their backyard. It's a very pedestrian friendly place. The wineries are wonderful. And the waterfalls and scenery are jaw dropping.
